With the sun shining, and the blue skies as a perfect match to the light blue water, Rose and Bill had a day of wedding perfection on Little Palm Island. They were married Saturday at sunset on the dock of the beautiful island resort surrounded by loving and caring friends. I love small destinations wedding because they are so heartfelt and intimate. Rose spent the morning getting absolutely beautiful with her girlfriends in their suite overlooking the ocean. When she got into her couture custom made Pronovias gown she was simply stunning. Every detail was perfection as she headed down to meet Bill for the first look. We explored the island a bit before returning to the suite to freshen up and get ready for the boat ride to the ceremony. Yes, Rose arrived in style via boat to the dock ceremony as guests looked on and applauded her arrival. As the sun set on a glorious day, Rose + Bill pledged their love, sealed with a kiss, and then releasing butterflies into the air to symbolize their growing love. Guests then enjoyed cocktails on the dock before heading into the open air reception area where beautiful flowers of roses and lilies were hung from the ceiling. The smell of fresh flowers was so lovely and as the night grew darker the candles and purple lights set the scene for a romantic evening. Before their first dance, the groom Bill made a heart felt speech about their first dance song and why it meant so much to them, it was truly a special moment.
Rose + Bill, your love story is inspiring and through all odds you have overcome so much. I wish you so much joy and happiness in your marriage. I hope you have a wonderful honeymoon in Tuscany. I hope you enjoy a few of my favorites from your beautiful wedding day.
