I love to teach and I have always wanted to give back to the amazing photography community that was so open and wonderful when I first started. I offer mentoring sessions for new photographers starting out or those who are looking to expand their photography business into the wedding industry.

What people are saying:

Words cannot express how thankful and grateful I am for having her in my life. I met Melissa about 3 years ago, when, you guessed it, she was photographing a friend’s wedding. I was so in love with how she was able to capture the emotion of that day, that a few months later, she was photographing my wedding <3  After my wedding, I continued contacting Melissa with random questions about photography. Instead of her turning me away with my endless list of annoying questions, she would always take the time to share her opinions and advice with me. Once I began seriously pursuing my new business, I reached out to Melissa, and she not only offered me her help, she offered me her friendship. She has been such an amazing mentor, and has made my transition into this new world so much less scary for me. She has a wealth of knowledge in that brain of hers, and she’s always willing to share it. I am beyond grateful to her for guiding me in the right direction, encouraging me, and for putting up with all of my ridiculous newbie insecurities. People like Melissa are very hard to come by <3 <3 <3″
